After weeks of preparations and photoshoots, SmugShot finally took that turn to Alice’s Wonderland as we covered Crissa Pineda’s party last June 25, 2011 at the Makati Shangri-la Hotel.
It was a pretty intimate event held at the Paranaque hall which was adorably decorated with tiny teapots, colorful cups, and cute cupcakes, all prepared by Pop Events, a company we have worked with before in one of the vintage setups we’ve done.
Crissa, in her Alice blue backless gown, had the most wonderful time watching crazy videos she made back in high school with her barkada, enjoying silly dances with her 18 Madhatters (her version of the 18 Roses), and hearing messages from her 18 Teacups, all wearing cute little hats and holding big bright cups.
And of course, all the wonderland fun wouldn’t be complete without awesome photobooth photos with guests dressed in bright frilly frocks and tux.
If wonderland meant having that one day of taking a trip down the rabbit hole and going extra crazy with close family and friends, then this definitely was it.
